Ah ha, the time has arrived. The game that Sacky called me crazy for promising a W for this one in the off season. Turns out Mizzou is just as mediocre as I thought, but the buffs are no where near what I thought they would be.

There are two things, one is Mizzou is riding a 3 game losing streak coming into this game, and I will admit thats a little scarry. They are gonna be ready to get back on track. Second, the buffs do play better at home, if the buffs that beat KU show up, I like our chances.

Don't feel as good about this one as I did earlier this year, I wouldn't be surprised whoever won this one.

Really want to win this for a MULTITUDE of reasons, not the least of which is my best friend played the last 4 years at Mizzou. I've been talking **** about this game since right after last years ass beating. Gulp.

I have no frickin clue why, but I feel alot better about this game than I did earlier in the week. Maybe it's Polk's play at safety that is giving me hope. Maybe it's the weather clearing up. Maybe it's the stitches in my mouth healing. Hell, maybe it's the Vicodin. Suddenly, I have a strong feeling we're going to win this.

Felt good about KU, and predicted a win. Felt bad about KSU, and predicted a loss. Feel good about MU, and think we win....24-20.

I gave up predicting.

It will be bittersweet to see Chris Freeman (http://www.mutigers.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/freeman_chris00.html)tomorrow.
