Other than Georgia, Anyaorah's most serious offer and greatest mutual interest was with CU back in 2008. He recently asked for release from his scholarship at Georgia and it has been granted (Link (http://www.georgiadogs.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=40731&SPID=3593&DB_LANG=C&DB_OEM_ID=8800&ATCLID=204954488)).

During the 2009 season, Anyaorah redshirted due to a stress fracture in his ankle. He returned in 2010 to play in 28 of 31 games, average 10.5 minutes, and compile the following stats (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/profile?playerId=41703):

2.7 ppg
0.8 apg
1.4 rpg
0.4 spg
0.2 bpg
31.7 fg%
34.8 3p%
79.4 ft%

Here was Anyaorah's ESPN scouting report coming out of high school: Anyaorah can score from all over the court. He has great range on his jumper, easily sticking the trifecta. He can also get to the basket using his quick first step. If he continues to improve his handle and his mid-range game, Anyaorah has a chance to develop into a good player wherever he ends up. He rebounds the ball well for a guard, due in large part to his leaping ability and long arms. Given his good lateral quickness and long arms, Anyaorah could become a stalwart on the defensive end. He also has a good build, but will benefit from a Division I strength program.

Here are some highlights (very smooth long-range jumper):

And he's got some ups:

Thanks to valdezj for uncovering this one.

Anyaorah would be a great addition for the 2012 season. We'll need veteran guards that year. My only concern is with having 2 scholarships used up this year by transfers sitting out. But we really don't have enough minutes to go around in our backcourt anyway, so maybe it wouldn't be such a bad thing. Hopefully Boyle's in contact.

Nice it looks like he has a great stroke and good body control in traffic around the rim. Tad Boyle is the MAN!

I believe Conrad Obi is a cousin. He committed to CU at one point, then switched. I believe he trashed CU a bit in the process. I'm not sure if that was a Bzdelik deal or not.

I thought this guy sounded familiar.
