Could be moving up after the weekend (9/10) if things break our way.

God it's sad that I'm more excited for a recruit visit than CU-Cal.

So. let's say we get outrageously lucky and both Caruso and Sanders (who are visiting this weekend) commit. Do we hang in there and also take Wallace if we can get him? That would mean taking five and leaving no scholarships for 2013 unless someone leaves the program early. Given the quality of these three, I would go for it.

100% agree. No reason to hold out for someone better.

My top 5 of our primary targets is:
1. Caruso
2. Wallace
3. Hield
4. Morris-Walker
5. maybe Sanders
I'd slow play Sanders a bit if Caruso committed.

This -- especially the top 3. Honestly, I'm starting to think that if we can land Caruso, Wallace, Scott & Gordon, we HAVE to bank that fifth scholarship for another year unless a top 50 talent is begging us to commit.

I would agree with the four that you mention ... but if we have to committed to Sanders before Wallace commits, I would take Wallace based on what I have read about him .. skills and athletic ability ... and just as important his fit regarding the values (team instead of self-centered and work ethic) that Boyle seems to espouse.
