Who are the top in state guys for 2013?

I just saw on Scout that a few JR's from the state of CO. are hoping for offers from CU. Are these guys legitimate BCS players? Anyone know of a top 10 list for JR's in the state of CO.?

Anyone know Jessie Springer OL from Mullen? Just guarded my kid in a LAX game. Really athletic for OL.

I'd guess 6'3" 240 all muscle.
