BOULDER - Freshman Alec Burks returned to the Colorado lineup Saturday afternoon, but something equally vital for the Buffaloes went AWOL - the emotion and resolve CU exhibited on Wednesday night in pushing top-ranked Kansas into overtime.

The Missouri Tigers recognized the missing intangibles early and licked their chops, cruising to an 84-66 victory at the Coors Events Center and winning a Big 12 Conference game that Buffs fans believed their team was capable of taking.
