West Covina (Calif.) safety Chris Solomon got his first offer, from Colorado...

Thanks to SnowBuff for giving a heads up.

He was very impressive at a recent 7-on-7 tournament.

One of the things that is likely hindering his ability to get more offers is that his grades could be better.

"I like Colorado a lot, especially because of all the love they have shown," he said. "I love how their coaches are so outgoing. Every time I talk to the coaches at Colorado, they end up passing the phone around and I talk to four different coaches. They have shown a lot of support."

I like the speed and size combo. Can he go either way between S and CB? Either way, looks like a solid player.

Welcome to the site!

Hope you guys have a great time in Boulder next weekend.

Thanks! We're all very excited about our trip to Boulder! Coach EB and Coach Greg Brown have really been great throughout this entire process! We can't wait!

He moves very well and seems to get off of blocks with ease. Very impressive. Enjoy the trip. GO BUFFS!!

Welcome, and thanx for the vids! I hope he ends up in Boulder, but I wish him the best no matter what he chooses.

Good lookin' player.
