I know there is another thread on Kelly leaving Oregon but it seems that since we are going down to the wire to signing day, and we have a handful of openings still, that we should discuss who the staff should (or maybe already is) go after.

This is exactly who I was thinking. Colorado player, highly rated TE. It appears he has done no other OVs but he obviously knows Boulder. If we don't get JCF and it doesn't look likely, perhaps seeing us win KC tonight helps show CU is going in the right direction.

This. And Oregon commits are a bit different IMO than any other recruits because they commit to play for the school and the brand moreso than the coaching staff. I.e., a coaching change in Eugene will not have that big an impact on their class.
 
so you are saying we don't have room for a local player who we already scouted that plays in a position of need?

Kids never change their minds in less than a two week period.
