CSU class Holy ****

Star rankings don't mean much, but 10 out of 19 aren't even 2 stars. No players have national rankings on rivals.

Saw it was ranked like the #111 class on one of the sites.

They did pick up a monster-sized NT from a juco, though.

Their coach had 2 months to recruit techinically, but actually probably only about 3 weeks because of his business in Tuscaloosa.

Is SDSU in the BCS? That is San Diego State right? What kind of effed up BCS conference would take them?

**** those assholes. I hope the talent gap gets so big between us and them that we don't even have to try and we crush em by 50

Maybe I'm crazy, but this seems worse than the classes that Fairchild was bringing in. Granted, he had a limited recruiting window. However, I would have thought McElwain's recent National Championship would have brought some excitement in the recruiting front. That selling point will have faded to some degree by this time next year

CSU fans' rationalization: I will trust someone who won 2 Natl Championships. lol

Most of the day on Rivals when I went to the CSU page it said "This University doesn't have a football program"

CSU's football recruiting class has three 3* players.

Their basketball recruiting class has two 3* players.

CSU isn't the only one hurting. Fat Charlie's KU class is ranked 98th on and four3* players. Looks like Fat Charlie might have bitten off more than he could chew when he accepted the job.

that's happened when i've tried to look at past cu classes, don't feel too bad. your class is still hilariously bad though.

Charlie takes pretty big bites. I doubt there's much he can't chew.

I don't think that you can reasonably consider SDSU offers "BCS" even if they will be some time in the future. I think they actually had 2 players that had offers from BCS conference teams. USF barely sneaks under the wire on this one too.

Fairchild was recruiting well compared to teams the MWC but he really did not coach them up very much which was disappointing. CSU's recruiting this year was no where because of the uncertainty with the HC - this is not surprising when you have a coaching change.
