Nice update from Scout.

"I really like CU," he said. "I like what they're doing there. I think they are going to be getting a lot better here in the next couple years and I want to be a part of that. The only thing is I don't want to go to school with a bunch of kids who I know. I'm social. I like meeting new people and that kind of thing. I guess it really depends cause I compare other schools that I've been talking to to CU cause I really like how Boulder is a college town. It's not like a transit school. It's a college town. ...I would like to stay in-state just for the fact that I'm close to my parents and I can come home for dinner on a Friday night or Saturday night. But I also like the idea of going out of state just for the fact that you only live once and not many kids have the opportunity to say, 'I got to go to some college out of state.'"

I hope we lock down Parsons sometime this spring.

^^This^^

Parsons is actually my #1 in-state prospect this year. There are only about 10 real difference makers at TE every recruiting cycle and Parsons is one of them for 2013.

Parsons is okay, there might be another player out there that is better, and with our limited scholies next year, we have to be selective, highly selective. I wonder if he wasn't an instate would he have recievedthe offer.

Well now I want Parsons.

Fox is still my #1 in-state prospect, but Parsons is the clear #2. Good size with a frame to add good weight and soft hands.

According to SD on Rivals we're in good shape with Parsons.

reminder folks, keep your personal fights somewhere else. deleted a post and edited one.

Parsons film looks a lot like Baylis to me, although I do think Parsons gives a better effort blocking. Fox is going to be tough to keep in-state, but I'd be pretty happy building a class around guys like Parsons, Skipper, Novak, Hoover, and Lindsay this year.

That would be a great haul.
