Thought this thread was mildly entertaining...even links back to some AllBuffs posts.

I don't know where they are getting the impression that most Colorado fans are talking smack and expecting to "run the conference," hell most of the recent discussion I've seen has taken it as a given that we're going to lose the upcoming Arizona game. That said they are a tad full of themselves at the idea that we would even be able to compete with them or any of the other "established" Pac 12 basketball teams. They also don't seem to understand the concept of targeting the perceived leader if you want to be good.

Miller is bringing in some good talent but they have yet to prove that they are going to be back on top. Pretty sure a lot of the fans on this board could give them some good feedback on how difficult it can be for a program to recapture it's previous magic after the loss of a legendary coach.

We do own this conference. It's ours. Screw Arizona. They're looking up at us in the standings as we speak.

I thought I knew all the CU boards, but I never saw that one before.

Yeesh. Not exactly the Wall St. Journal op-ed page.

Somebody needs to tell my woolly, horned brethren that UA has one -and only one - year in ,year-out, all-hate, all-the-time rival.

And they are 100 miles north on I-10.
Hey goose, this dude doesn't think you are the Wall Street Journal!

A rivalry where the other team doesn't care? Hilarious.

UCLA and ASSU and KU to a smaller scale are Arizona's rivals. I can tell you that I could careless what goes on in Boulder.

Use to have a nice rivalry with Stanford.
Apparently we have found Nebraska attitude 2.0.

Funny.

We're a game out of first place and own the tiebreaker with the team that's in 1st.

The teams folks are talking about as the contenders are Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Oregon and Washington. We're 3-1 agains the top group.

I'm excited to see how this plays out. Zona looks like the team to beat to me, but we'll find out on Thursday.

 Funny read.

Kinda sad they can't understand the notion of "red letter game" though. Guess looking up to us in the standings is really getting to them

Oh, and **** "Buffcat".

If we should be blessed with 25 NCAA Tournaments in a row, please Lord tell me we won't be sitting here acting as insecure as these 'Zona clowns.

Again, **** "Buffcat"

Well if I needed any more motivation to hate them I just got it. What a bunch of idots.

Oh Lawd. Our backwater status is in jeopardy. We've been linked to goazcats.com.
This is the kind of spontaneous publicity that will make this ****hole famous.

They keep saying "yeah like we're going to shoot such-and-such ****** percentage again". That's fine, maybe you won't, but the chance of Andre Roberson not scoring a single point is highly unlikely as well.

A win is obviously not expected, but is certainly not completely out of the question either. This isn't exactly the '97 Wildcats we're facing. Go in confident, play some damn fine defense, be the aggressor and let's see what happens. They can mock our 31-3 record at home and say "it's nothing", but last I checked, they're the program that has already lost 2 conference games at home this season, not us.

We look like such p***sys with that monologue putting UA on a pedestal. We might as well just bend over for them.

Only 6? Last year, I think we had 10 (all 35 year olds). I need to speak to the advertising department. I think our membership is slipping.

I've been an on and off CU bball fan. I'm on again...big time. And Zona fans coming out of their mobile homes can suck my big lute.

Apparently said thread was started by a infamous UA troll. I don't really get why pac12 teams seem to have fans that attempt to troll their own boards. Did that happen in the big12?
