FORT WORTH, Texas—Police say four football players are among 17 students at Texas Christian University arrested for selling drugs.
TCU Police Chief Steve McGee said Wednesday the students were caught in an undercover operation selling marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs.
McGee said the students would be identified later Wednesday morning.
McGee says authorities have been investigating for six months after complaints from students, parents and others.
School chancellor Victor Boschini says what the students did "is simply unacceptable."
Officials say all 17 students have been expelled.

Stay classy Big 12

TCU will "shoot up" to a high position in the 2012 Fulmer Cup.

Um, I am not sure we of all schools should be throwing stones here.

As someone whom lived near the TCU campus for about 18 months, this news shocks the hell outta me!:smile2:

interesting that this whole article only mentions the football connection lightly. not in the headline, not as the main story. Lord knows if a Buff had been eating at a restaurant near the sale of drugs the Boulder/Denver media would have been all over it for us. Cheesus, we're still hearing **** about "ex Buff Lynn Katoa"...did that asshole ever play a down for us?

So true. This would be the newpapers here...

CU FOOTBALL PLAYERS CAUGHT SELLING DRUGS!

...then in the last paragraph of the story would be...

"13 other CU students also involved."

...I hate the media!

So, if 80% of the players failed a surprise random drug test and if it is found out Patterson knew and did nothing, will his job be in jeopardy?
