This is, quite frankly, really cool. Nice move, Bohn. Props to everyone involved.
C-Unit Stampeding to Staples
CU Athletics would also like to congratulate the University of Colorado student section, C-Unit, for being named one of the top 16 student sections in the country! To reward the students for their tremendous support, the CU Athletic Department has made arrangements to take the C-Unit passion on the road to the Pac-12 Tournament in Los Angeles.

To help bring the atmosphere of the Coors Events Center to both the Staples Center and the Galen Center, 50 of the most loyal CU Basketball student season ticket holders (according to the Student Loyalty Program) will be joining Coach Boyle & Coach Lappe in Los Angeles to cheer on the CU men's and women's basketball teams from March 7-10! CU Athletics will be providing flight, hotel, and tickets to both the Men's and Women's tournament games!

The most loyal student season ticket holders will be determined after the final two men's basketball home games and will be notified on Monday, February 27.

Stupendous move by Mike Bohn.

This should be an annual thing.

I am pissed I missed a couple games over break and the Arizona series. This is awesome.

the dudes in the front row wearing the superhero garb have been to every game i have attended. is one of them you?

Great way to continue to build support and excitement for the Bball programs for years to come. Those students that get to go will likely be fans for life. Much props to the AD!!

They should also offer a package deal for students who don't qualify that still wanna go. since they're already gonna be setting up airfare and hotel.

Well.... good idea. But, for me total bs. My buffone hasn't registered at any game despite having the student pass, so mine will say I've attended 0 games

Sweet, I'll have someone to stand with at the games! Great move by Bohn and the AD's office, they've been doing better and better incentivizing student participation in the program.

Forgot to quote:

"the dudes in the front row wearing the superhero garb have been to every game i have attended. is one of them you?"

They missed several over the break. My buddy and I have been to every game - he has a student pass, so I hope to see him get this.

There were 6 games during break and 2 the week before finals thats gonna cost a lot of people.

Sounds like they might be counting womens games in the equation. Did you guys go to those too?

Bummer. Everybody knows that CU basketball is more important than family during the holidays.
Only family for the Utah game, was out of town all Winter Break with some friends, mad I missed out on the sweatshirt but I'll get my shorts on Thursday hopefully.

I didn't but I can't imagine many, if any did.

Wish they did cool stuff like this when I was a student.

This is big time. Hopefully they can help the Buffs make a deep run in the tournament.
