I must say this looks like an actual football team practicing in Balch. Working hard too. Is it september yet?

Just a complete different vibe.

Love the new/offseason slogan. "Do Work. All Day."

Its always been a slogan between my friends and I. Simple and to the point.

Day 2

Some old school proven training methods. Nothing fancy just out there to "do work"

"Aint no one workin like us, they still asleep"

Love it

That did not look like a group that is going to accept losing.

holy cow they are training like an NFL team now. I think this is really going to pay off on the field next year. The entire team looks hungry.

can you imagine being in balch at 6 am with EB yelling at you through a megaphone? **** coffee. Anyone who deals with that has got to be commited.

go buffs

I know that the days of balch are numbered, and that a gleaming new facility is on the horizon, but something bout watching them working and sweating in that dirty old gym is pretty special. Something bout working and training with the ghosts in that place I am sure players wont forget. Also good touch to put up that giant 1990 national championship banner on the wall, they can all look toward the goal, and if that wasnt enough inspiration they can look up and see who they have to go through to get there.

Stole this from BuffStampede at the 1:09ish mark....holy **** is he a freak of nature!

I think that was Blacken with the megaphone....EB doesn't need a megaphone, it would just make him quieter.

I still get the willies remembering my own 6am sessions in Balch, staring down a pullup bar that, while stoic, seemed to enjoy kicking my ass.

That rope thing at first doesnt look bad, but when you think about doing it all gassed out from a work out, then it sounds ****ing horrible.

After four days of this I have learned one thing, Chidera Uzo-Diribe IS A BEAST! Be afraid PAC-12 QBs!
