Women need a win to turn their season around and keep the NIT hope alive. If the men win, they have a bye in the PAC-12 tourney locked up.

Lots to play for tonight, and both games are on TV.

Should be an easier win for Colorado on the road vs my Ducks then it was at your place. The new arena has been surprisingly quiet since it seems the fans that show up to it don't have the energy that they used to at Mac Court. It also doesn't help that one of our best players in the last game (Olu Ashalou) does not play well at home. The only way Oregon wins is if Sim continues to shoot well, Singler gets out of his cold streak, Joseph is clutch and Olu shows up at home for the first time this year.

Colorado 72
Oregon 62

it just depends if the check to the refs has cleared or not.

Dammit, don't bring that reverse jinx crap in here!

Get aggressive and keep Ashoalu under control (we made him look way better than he actually is), and we've got a decent chance.

Not expecting a win, but it's not out of the question. It would be excellent to experience CanadianDuck making a complete fool of himself once again.

I think it's more important to keep Sim under control. He absolutely killed OSU. DO NOT let him get hot.

Obviously a win tonight would be huge.

We really need a signature road win and this is our last chance. Go Buffs!

Not only would a win tonight lock up a first-round bye for the PAC-12 tournament it would also put us squarely on the bubble for an NCAA at-large bid and if it comes to that should guarantee a top-4 seed (meaning a home game) for the NIT. Huge game. It's also importaint in the sense that to take that next step as a program we have to start beating quality teams on the road.

Our problems with Oregon the first time around was Ashoalu having the game of his life, and a general piss poor effort on the boards (including letting Singler get 13 rebounds on his own). Sim is a threat, but you've got to hope we can smother him -for the most part- like we did the first time around. And re: UBL's comment, don't forget that Oregon State also plays absolutely no defense, so the opportunity is there against the Beavs for a player like Sim to get far more open looks than usual

Definitely but we withstood Ashoalu last time. Idk if we can withstand a show from Sim, especially on the road. He is the exact player that I wish we had.

The women's team needs to win so badly tonight. The loss of Jen Reese made it a bit more difficult, but this is a game that they should win. Home court has not helped them in the Pac 12.

Happy both games are on tv and I get to watch both of them.

Go Buffs!

Can somebody post that pic of chip with the two dead ducks, duck hunter style, from the last time we played them. I couldn't find the thread.
