Very impressive sophomore highlights. Windsor is starting to put out some prospects and Noller looks like he's going to be one of the Buffs' top in-state targets in the 2014 class.

The following Rivals article was re-posted in his beRecruited blog:

Windsor offensive lineman Trenton Noller played beyond his years
this fall on the football field. The result was that he helped the Wizards
defend an early season loss while taking home the Class 3A state championship.

"It feels great. I didn't expect it coming into the season but as the season
went on, I knew we were a great team."

Noller mentioned what changed as the year wore on.

"We came tighter as a team throughout the season. When we played Silver Creek
the first team, we weren't bonded as a team. Everyone had each other's back and
we worked well together."

Getting going in the near future is something that Noller has plans to do.

"I have just been resting and getting ready to go into the off-season again.
On January 1st, I'll start to hit the weight room again."

Noller talked about a lot of things he wants to do better next fall as a
junior.

"I need to work on speed, agility, and just getting stronger. It will be
everything really. You can always get better at everything."

Early recruiting attention has come in for Noller.

"I've gotten letters from schools big and small. There has been letters from
Wisconsin, Utah, Stanford, Oregon, CSU, Princeton, and some smaller schools."

Noller has had three schools that he has watched closely over the last few
years.

"I have a couple of favorites. I really like Stanford and grew up liking Ohio
State. Wisconsin is starting to get up on that list too."

CU wasn't listed in the piece, but I know that CU is looking at him. Embree loves true centers for his offensive line and Noller brings the extra skill of being a good long snapper.

It'd be great to get a pipeline going into Windsor, looks like they're getting a little O-Line factory set up up there. Can't hurt to take from the Lambs home turf either!

They've always had a good program up there, I would love CU to make some inroads with them. It might have helped with O'Connor this year, but it might have been too late to salvage that one. Hopefully they can make some good connections by the time Noller is looking around. He looks like another good one...

I have NO idea why CU hasn't contacted this kid... I know that they are probably busy with this years incoming class and it is tough to look forward. BUT, if they were to look forward at all, I would hope they'd start with building a good relationship with the in-state kids!!

As with any new staff, it takes time to assemble scouting knowledge. Embree has stated that they've been concentrating on evaluating seniors this year while expanding into the lower classes and building relationships. He expects to be full go recruiting upper and underclassmen by the time this class is complete.

I just got some info at the burrito stand:

Tiny has been in contact, got an invite to Junior Day, and is excited about attending.

Very cool. Seems like a good kid. And you guys know how much I love natural Centers for the interior OL.

Good news. Glad we are in on him early.

The coaches seem to be putting together a good group for that day, us fans need to do our part.

Thank god for burritos

I'm thinking of that safety who went to CSU (Myers?) and the OL O'Connor, who didn't even give CU a glance. Seems like their allegiances lie elsewhere. Happy to be proven wrong, though.

I don't know if its the camera work or the music but the film seems faster then real life to me. Anyone else get that sense?

His film has not been enhanced. Most of it comes from Hudl with the exception of the end zone footage. There are no means to manipulate the hudl footage other than trim the front and back of the clips. You can compare his youtube film to his hudl film here: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/374977/trenton-noller

Check this board infrequently. Was not trying to rip your kid in any way sorry if it came across that way. I do really like his film the hudl film is much easier to watch for mehe is very quick to the second level. He is talented and I think he could really help CU. We are desperate for good interior OL.

Side questions though.
1) What is his recruitment with CU looking like?
2) Where else does he like and where is he looking to camp this summer?

I kind of want to fight this bitch.

No worries. He's no gazelle and we dont sell him as one. I just wanted to make that clear. Here are the
answers to your questions.

1. Recruiting from CU has been outstanding. He loves the staff, the campus, and the overall feel of boulder and CU. Embree spent a great deal of time talking with him as did Marshall. Tiny loves marshalls personality and coaching style. I would put CU very high on the list of schools hes interested in. Prior to the instate junior day iwould say his interest was very low. They are doing a good job of recruiting imo.

2. Stanford is still his dream school and Ohio state is still his favorite football team. He is on stanfords radar but I wouldnt say they are recruiting him. Weve not heard from osu. He wants to camp at air force, Oregon, CU, Wisconsin, and Stanford. The CU and air force camps are definites but the others are not. Camps will be dictated by finances.

Keep in mind that hes 15 and knows nothing about these so called favorites. Hes never been to Palo alto or Ohio. He thought hed hate CU and loved it.

Thank you, that is great info. You raised a smart kid there. :smile2:
