2012 Spring Practice Thread

Dannewitz has gotten a lot bigger during the off season along with the rest of the line. Gonna be nice to see some size on the line.

If he was playing with them last season, it would explain a lot. He didn't seem to have much pop or flexibility.

Would back issue screw up his hearing or memory? That guy false started more than anyone else on the line last year.

Edit: Thought Adkins had a lot but maybe Dannewitz had more.

In all seriousness, it would affect that since he'd be trying to compensate by getting a jump. Kind of like how Perkins jumped routes and anticipated angles to try to make up for the knee last year.

No, but they could make you really want to get out of your stance ASAP - of course, if they're at that level he shouldn't have been playing. Hopefully he wasn't trying to be a macho guy and play through the pain - not only can they linger, but they can be with you for life.

That's the truth. I think the slew of penalties we had last season had more to do with our guys being outmatched rather than undiciplined.
