Lazy Dog sucks. Thinking maybe Dark Horse or Harpo's on Thursday.

Yeah. I won't do Lazy Dog. Boulder Buff Club is locked in there, though.

I'm up for DH or Harpos's if it's a larger group. I could probably be talked into Buffalo Wild Wings in Superior, too, since they'll have so many games playing. Johnny's or West End if it's a smaller group.

My buddy works at West End, not sure if he would want to go there on a night off or not, I'll see what he's thinking for the game.

I like the TVs there, and it's a great downtown location, but the food isn't good. In fact, the wings are the worst I've ever had. I've heard other customers who I didn't know say the same thing.

If Lazy Dog would let Buff fans bring in West End's food, that would be great.

We ended up at the Lazy Dog out of hope they would have enough TVs to put the Nugs on one of them.

I was about to get into my car to head downtown to watch the game at the CU watch party. Then i remembered there's a free SXSW concert going on in the park by the river next to the bar (the Shins, ugh). There will be no parking. ****ing skinny jeans wearing hipsters get out of my city!!! Take your ironic glasses with you.

Oh, and the Counting Crows are headlining the big show tomorrow night :bang:

Now we know that sacky won't make it to Albuquerque for the weekend. You giving him a place to crash after the Crows show?

I ended up going to BST to watch the game last night. If anyone is heading down there tomorrow to watch the game, I highly recommend getting there at least an hour before tip off. It was packed last night, it took us 30 minutes to get a table, which we had to find on our own. It was a pretty raucous crowd. The food was good with cheap beer. And we surprisingly had an awesome waitress despite it being crazy busy. Props Chris (I think that's your name), BST is always a good time, esp sharing it with fellow Buffs

Portland had a really good turnout for this game. About 50-60 alumni and fans basically controlled the bar finishing the game with the fight song. Only part that sucked was heavy rains that knocked out the satellite feed every now and then.

Have to give credit to Jon Cohen (the local alumni rep), he did a great job of pulling this together on short notice.
