Been hearing rumblings about this guy for a while.
Offer sheet does not match the ratings.

The offer list looks good! It looks like he has 3 years of eligibility left too, similar to Adams when he came in.

Was going to sign with Southern Miss in 2010. They've really been a very good program recently playing 2nd fiddle to Memphis in C-USA.

Immediate eligibility and fills the Cain spot in that sophomore class to get 3 into there.

May, 2009: Jackson has many of the intangibles you look for in a versatile guard. Although he is a combo-guard at this stage, he did show the ability and savvy to maybe play some back-up point guard at the next level. He has a nice frame with very long arms and he possesses some solid scoring instincts. His handle is solid and he has the quickness to break down defenders off the dribble. He is more of a scorer than a pure shooter at this stage, but he did the show the ability to knock down the 3-point shot. His release is solid, but he'll definitely need to smoothen it out as his senior year approaches.

At the juco level this year: 35% 3pt shooter who is nearly 45% from 2pt range while scoring 10.33ppg. More assists than turnovers (1.55/1.25) with over a steal a game (1.29) and solid rebounding for a guard (3.11).

Solid player who would help us. Especially since it sounds like he could give a few minutes at the point if needed.
