Sean Niehoff did a great interview about this, and had the following comment in the thread:

An interesting note from our conversation is that fans should not necessarily expect B.J. Beatty or Josh Hartigan type players to man the Jack position going forward. The current staff's scheme calls for the Jack to be a technique and assignment wrinkle for the defensive ends unit and not a separate personnel package.

Which means, you won't be able to simply pick the Jack guy out because he's the smallest guy with his hand on the ground... think more of how Alfred Williams and Coach McGhee himself played.

Yeah. It sounds like we'll be looking at DE/OLB hybrids in the mold of what the Steelers, Ravens and Patriots use on the outside.

Qu'est a tu am faire bon idee. Est ca je pu, a la au toilet.

On this one I had to edit because I hit the post reply button after the first word and then while adding on I also had to reset the keyboard for Spanish.

My wife and I speak Spanish at home and with her family and I even teach a little bit of it but I can make myself look (more) ridiculous because I am one of the few Spanish speakers in the world who can't spell in the language because of my dyslexia.
