Interesting choice. Then again, he didnt do a whole lot of running at either place, so he cant really claim USF either.

Cabral would have made that man a hell of a linebacker.

Given our issues in the secondary, he woulda been a ridiculously hard hitting safety hahaha

But with a 4.73 40 woulda been a tad slow in coverage.

Wish him the best. I wish he had brought some drive when he played here. Had the talent to be an All American if he could of had the determination to match.

How does someone with a 4.32 40 out of high school drop all the way to a 4.74 40? Holy ****.

Darrell needed more tough love than Hawk Love. Unfortunate it didn't work out for him. Best of luck

What is the biggest reason people fail NFL physicals? Just out of shape? Seems like quite a few have failed this year. Although, everyone knew Scott would fail.

Some are just plain out of shape whereas one of the guys the Broncos dumped had a torn ACL. Lofa Tatupu was also released after failing his physical because of a knee injury.

Too bad. He should have gone to school and attempted to pass some classes.

fify

Amazing talent, baffling lack of effort. Heard a couple different places that he had no choice but to go into the draft because he wasn't going to be able to play due to academics anyways.

I hadn't heard that. Again, too bad. This will be a tough adjustment for him. You go your whole life as a rock star athlete. Now he's out of football (maybe) with no degree in the worst economy for high school educated males in 100 years.

I could never be a DI coach. The desire to save 'em all would drive me nuts.

I have wondered when he left CU if he had different coaching would he have turned out different. But after watch what happened at USF I am convinced that he was just a player that was not going to put in the effort so I cannot blame DH too much.

Has zero burst, he had no chance to unseat murray or jones. Dude would be a good lb imo.

murray has actually carried the ball when it matters, not just some lame ass Big East game either.
i thought OU was largely bad running the ball with Murray against a tough front 7 when it mattered, but he was a good back. better than Darrell Scott.

i saw DS in Regents the first week of school once....and while he was a nice looking athlete....i don't think his shoulders were much wider than mine. i've seen Adrian Peterson in person and there's an intensity there you never saw with DS. as far as #1 RB's go. Peterson may have pushed his body/knees too far....but he was crazy to look at. DS, looked like a college kid in great shape.

I saw AP in person as well, couldnt believe he was only 17. You dont see his type often, he was a great kid too, very respectful and nice. I never noticed that about dscott, just reenforces he was too heavy. Doesnt shock me he was lazy, he didnt have to work in hs, really depends where u play.
