Lacy started for the first time as a junior and could be the best overall prospect in Arizona for 2013. He is raw, but he has some strength and moves well.

19th offer for Phoenix (Az) Mt. Pointe OT Kenny Lacy. #Colorado.

Ugh, how and why does that happen? What is the purpose?
(he was responding to spam I deleted guys) The purpose was to let me use the ban stick for the very first time. :woot:

Anyways, BB, are we getting into AZ like you wanted, or are we still pretty light?

Nah, I like what we are seeing in AZ now. Still expect us to offer a couple more players there, but it is good to see more offers down there. Adam Gorney from Rivals said this week he expects most or all of the top AZ prospects to leave the state again.

Lacy is a guy I really like, just needs a couple years in a college conditioning program before he would be ready to make an impact. Really good athleticism.

Tini is learning to wait on the pay sites. He cannot and should not post anything for at least a day.

Didn't realize it was a pay site. I wouldn't have asked had I known. I belong to one such site and the owner takes a dim view of such things. :)

Gonna assume that his top 15 is listed on Rivals:

COLORADO, Arizona, Arkansas, ASU, Boise State, Cal, KSjU, NUb, OU, OSU, USCe, UCLA, USC, Vandy, UW

I heard that he was born and raised in Denver. I know he just took a visit up and I hear that he loves it and he still has a lot of friends from earlier in his life that are going to CU. My prediction. Next recruit to commit.

Would be huge for the entire program right now to get a 4* recruit from out of state (even if he has CO connections) with his kind of offer list.

Not only does he look like the real deal he is a respected enough recruit to get the attention of others and give the program more credibility. Good players want to go where other good players are going.

I'd take any kid that Oklahoma and USC are recruiting. Hell could you imagine 3 Four stars already out of this class!

Source?

Well I read he took a visit from there. But I have friends that used to go to school with him and recently got back together over facebook.

Appreciate the info FLBuff, but there is a 0% chance Lacy is our next commit.

Alright so may be i jumped the gun. I should say I wouldnt be suprised if he was our next commit.
I think he sees us on the rise, with two 4*'s already commited. I bet he loves the coaches.
And it's apparent he loves the Denver/Boulder area. Plus he has friends going there?
And I think the most appealing thing is his position. He could see early playing time.
