Who do you think were the best college football recruits from here in the last 5 years. Here's mine:

1. Collin Klein. KSU. (He's on the heisman watch).
2. Will Perciak. CU. (most underappreciated DL )
3. Onyeali. ASU. (The guys a beast when healthy. A little weak agaisnt the run, but phenomenal pass rusher).
4. Kenny Bell. Nebraska. (preseason 2nd team all big 10)
5. Devin Aguilar. WU. (He was their mr. reliable)

Just misses: Alex Logan (Cal), Kain Colter (NW-could turn out to be much higher on list if starts at QB next year), Dann Spond (ND), T. Major (second best LB on team when Rippy healthy).

who is t major?

What happened to Nate Solder a starter for 3years and 1st round pick. What about Ryan Miller? He started 4 out of the 5 years he was here and was hurt the one year he didn't start.

Walk is a little unclear with his timeframe, but I think he meant the 2007 class onward. That would knock Solder out, but certainly Miller should be in there. Ryan Hewitt out at Stanford deserves a mention too.

Collin Klein is certainly interesting. I have a feeling if we woulda taken him, he would be a TE or absolute garbage as a QB for us (he is obviously great for KSU).

Brenden Austin at Stanford should get a mention as well IMO.

Nwoke has done pretty well for himself as a 2 star RB from 2009 who's only offers were from only CSewe, the LowBlows and the Wyoming (facebook) Pokes. Even Dan "Buy Low" HaLkins missed that one.

I don't get the love for nwoke

He's a CO kid who would be our #1 or #2 RB right now, but didn't get an offer from HaLkins. We could use him in the B&G, that's all I'm sayin.

yeah I took another look at his stats and he had two or three really nice games. I wonder why he seems to disappear at times..

Nate Solder blows all those guys out of the water, but he was before 2007

Off topic but it could be argued that Nate wasnt a good recruit. He came out as a TE with no intention what so ever of playing tackle. He was slightly below average at TE. We got really lucky that he turned out to be one of the best OL to ever come out of CO.
