4th quarter crowd looks..... sparse...

Sad season, Embree is spinning his wheels. This team isn't improving from week to week.

its bad im abive the band right niw and no one with twenty yards, but i did expise myself sooo....

We will be in the low 30s in attendance for the rest of the season. Maybe it will get Benson & Co. to realize that this is simply unacceptable. Doubt it.

I bailed at 34-17 when we punted which i think was about 5 min into the 3rd. The last win I have seen at Folsom was 2001's win of the Red. I have had season tix for a few years now and have been to a handful of games before that.

Not really sure why I am following this team anymore. It seems that they don't care yet I keep giving hard earned money to them. Definetly not doing season tickets next year. If they are .500 or better next October then maybe I will be back for a few games. Till then the Nuggets should be interesting and I have a feeling the Broncos are about to go on a nice run in the next few weeks.

At halftime, the ESPN talking heads were sitting around, half-joking about "Embree gets a win here and losing to Sac State is left far behind in the rearview mirror."

Well, for anyone at Folsom for that game, no, losing to Sac State isn't being left in rearview mirrors. Maybe in barf-bags. Maybe in buckets. Outside of a speeding car's window.

But now, the Folsom crowds are leaving, checking their watches and commenting about everything else they can do. "Look - it's still early..."

The Embree Legacy. "Let's leave - it's still early enough to do ____" just about everything else.

They have got to get rid of Marshall and Brown as coaches ASAP. What kind of defense is he coordinating when the other team gets the edge at will.

Left with 12 minutes in the fourth quarter. I said all week that when ASU gets to 28 points I am leaving. Not a 28 point lead, just to 28 points. This team for the last 7 years just cannot score more than 17 points in a game.

I ended up staying longer than I wanted but still left early. I have had season tickets for the better part of 15 years and I had never left a game early until this year.

Wah! Give me a break. I was extremely impressed by how many fans showed up. This is what happens when you schedule a 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. People want to get home and get to bed, not to mention the announcer telling the crowd about the accident causing major delays on the turnpike. I stayed for 4 quarters and didn't get home until midnight.

One of the few who stayed until the end not wearing maroon and gold and I was heckled the whole way out. Was told we'd be competitive in the WAC as the Mtn West has even passed us by. Can you say 'sold your soul to the Sun Devil?' Can't even argue that point after getting waxed in our appearences there. I hear UNC is looking to schedule opponents next year! Greeley here we come!!!

The crowd was fine, and would have been there till the clock hit 0:00 if the product on the field wasn't ****.

This.

If they want to keep butts in the seats at 10pm, particularly when most of the crowd has to work the following day, they need to suck a little less than they did last night.

On a side note, I feel bad for the band. I guess they put on a postgame show, but I think only about ten people saw it. Maybe that was a plan to keep people in the stadium for the whole game?

I have no idea why they decided to bring that back. We used to do postgame back when I was in the band, but you're either playing to an empty stadium, or you're being used as a human shield to "prevent" the students from rushing the field after a big game. If the band members have to do a postgame show, they should get hazard pay.

I find games on anything other than Saturday very annoying anyway. Having to leave work early to get get to a football game and then get to bed a couple hours late takes some dedication, as does taking a vacation day to go to the idiotically scheduled game the Friday after Thanksgiving.

On a side note. What the hell was the deal with the mustaches on all of the students.

Some were pretty funny but when a hot chick has a big black mustache it distracts me away from looking at other things.

Sounds like a personal problem.

Its hard to keep fans in their seats in Boulder. They are going to rush the field.

Last night they rushed Franklin Field and Farrand Field.

Last night, for the first time I can ever remember, my dad and I actually left the game early. It was getting cold, and we left with about 5 minutes remaining in the game. I don't think he has ever left a game early. Ever. Until last night.

I expect more of the same in the next three games.

You mean you will actually attend?

Colorado fans are the best. Who else would put 40,000 plus on a Thursday night to support a team that has flat out quit on their coach?
