The story of the day right now is Texas Tech up 28-7 on WV in the 2nd quarter. This is the type of sleeper or letdown game that WV fans had to be worried about.

Bama all over Missouri 27-0 in the 2nd quarter in a game that is now in a lightning delay in Columbia West.

KSU had to hold on to beat Iowa State 27-21.

One other score that caught my attention is Iowa beating Michigan State, further proof that ND's schedule is not nearly as tough as some try to make it out to be.

Game of the day should be tonight with South Carolina at LSU on ESPN, 8 ET.

I know it doesn´t matter anymore, but it still made me feel good to see Missouri on the receiving end of a blowout. Pretty much every time I looked at the TV Alabama was lining up in the red zone.

Keeping in mind that I hate Notre Dame, this Stanford ND game is pretty entertaining. It's nice to watch a game and actually see some good defenses

Watching end of unc mia game, unc up 18-14 with the ball.Dan Hawkins calling the game with 4 mins to go,"now is the time to run the ball, eat that clock for unc." Found that ironic with how his last game as a coach went....This year has been dificult for me

If he doesn't break the plane, doesn't that still end up being a fumble if he lost possession prior to the whistle?

Well I just learned something, I hate Washington more than SC. WOW

And nbc and the refs made sure nd didn't lose. Crap

What a cluster****, gutless officials wouldn't dare overturn a call in South Bend. Why didn't they review the other goal line plays? I hate ****ing ND.

That last angle they showed, looked like pretty conclusive evidence that he scored. Taylor is a freaking beast of a RB.

That said, if they would have run naked boot on 3rd down, the QB would have walked into the endzone. The entire D collapsed into the middle trying to stop Taylor.

I went back and looked at 2nd down. It looks like Taylor's knee was down before the ball broke the plane. But it was close. Definitely should have been reviewed.

I think Taylor scored on 2nd down.

He did. But it's Notre ****ing Dame and they're great, despite beating no teams so far that are remotely any good. I only watched the OT, but having said it sounds like Stanford played great defense the entire game but then suddenly gives up 10 points in their last 2 drives when the game was on the line.

I think you have to call it a TD in that situation. Award a TD, let the teams decide the game.

In South Bend, raining, and they wanted to go home.

bull**** call and bull**** reporting by ESPN on how it went down.
I didn't hear ESPN, but I actually thought the ND tv crew, er...NBC, was relatively objective about it. One of them said that he thinks that Taylor got in on 4th down.
