Oregon game time

There's an event at the Nike campus in Beaverton on Friday evening. I will be going to that if anybody else is going to make it. I won't make it down to the game unless one of my Oregon friends gives me a ticket. I'd rather watch my kids play soccer on Saturday.

If anyone is coming out and going to be in Portland, I'll buy the first round.

I'm going - off to Portland to see family and take my son-in-law to the game (an Oregon grad - sigh).
We'll be at the Alumni Association pregame party, though the $30 for the "pre-game meal" is now looking like a brunch.

Worst part of the early start ... the score of the game will be up on the ESPN scroll rotation all day ....:doh:

Anyone know the situation of RV parking at Autzen? Also is the Alumni meal in Portland or Eugene?

There are two events. On Friday evening, there is a gathering at the Nike Campus in Beaverton (outside Portland). On Saturday there is an event in Eugene.

Edit - My neighbor is a big Duck fan. I'll ask about the RV parking.

I called around and it seems that just about all actual RV parking spots are season passes and also all sold out.

Bets to when this game will be over? I'm guessing 1:07pm Mountain

Ok, dilemma time. My daughter, who has never expressed interest in going to a Buff game, is now interested in going to this one. I'm not sure I want to deal with a full day of driving down and back to watch the Buffs get slaughtered but, being a good dad, don't want to say no to her.

Shockingly, it appears that there are plenty of seats available on stubhub.

So, do I suck it up and go? If so, does anybody know where the CU fans sit in the stadium? I'd rather not expose my daughter to being completely surrounded by Duck fans.

I have DirecTV and for some reason I'm not that upset about not getting the CU games the next weeks.
same feeling here...I will care when CU is relevant again... I am sure by the time CU gets their mess turned around, satelites will be the analog version of watching tv, and we may be booted out of pac12 by then anyway

The visitor’s seats at Autzen Stadium are in sections 37, 38, and 39 ( depending on school allotment, 39 then 38 then top of 37.. Band is close. Screen is over your left shoulder. Students are in 4-8ish. Goes to section 40.

Thanks. I probably want to avoid the student section with my 9 year-old...

The lubrication won't be in full effect at noon kick off, They Might stick around till half time. They should be ok for this game. Best seats would be section 12ish. Get a good price. No bad seats.

I wouldnt be to worried about it since the fans that cause the most problems only seem to show up for the big games. This crowd should be a good one as long as you stay away from the student section.
