CU Buffs booed by homecoming crowd in 48-0 loss to Stanford

Hello...My name is In The Buff and I'll admit that I booed today more than once.
Hi, my name is BC90 and I'm a Colorado Buffs football fan...

Hi BC90...

I was able to say away from watching the game, but my addiction brought me back to Allbuffs where I had commiserate on how absolutely ****** my favorite team is...

Some things will be different. Embree doesn't know what things those are, but he knows some things, some where, some how, will be different.

"Probably all of them," Embree said. "I just know some things will be different. I'll leave it at that."

Blah, blah, blah... Unless you fire ****tard 1 and ****tard 2, your words ring hollow.

As one of the people actually booing, and watching and listening to the booing take place, I would say that the team itself was not being booed so much as the coaches and especially Mr. Webb being booed.

I didn't boo, but I sure as hell never cheered. Of course there was never anything to cheer about.

I went into the game for about 20 minutes and I regret every minute of it.

I hate this team so much.

I do not hate the team but it makes me sad and angry that we are in this spot. Sad because I am watching something I love die before my eyes and mad because the people entrusted to make sure this does not happen do not give a ****.

I hate them. I lost the ability to root for them weeks ago.

I get where you are coming from. I really have a lot of anger towards the coaches and admin but I cannot bring myself to hate the players or the team. I hate what the coaches are doing to the program and the lack of caring showed by the Admin. I hate that with all of my being.

On one hand, I think the talent level may be so low that few - perhaps none - of Embree's players had much of a future 'going Pro' so Embree's refusal to coach-up players doesn't impact their future choices. In fact, this kind of teaching ability in College Football might push these players into maximizing their academic opportunities.

That's not a bad thing!

But it's bad for the future of recruiting. "Sorry, kid, you have talent that might lead to the NFL - we can't use you in CU Football."

Of course, Embree & Co won't say that. They don't need to. They have a LOT of competitor programs that will say that FOR them.

Mines is a nice detour when headed to Boulder to watch football. Heck, next time I may even pull off in Louisville and catch a H.S. game as it'd be much more satisfying.
