Sounded like Mac did in the early 90s, the rhythm of his speech, the words selected, they must have a class for that at Michigan.

I look to Les when it comes to gameday coaching of players. He never seems to yell or berate his guys, he pulls them aside and spends a minute or two explaining some things to the guy and lets them go hit the bench. I hate seeing the screaming this staff does every game

Soooooo true. I think that's why we have no player improvement...cuz the players don't respect Embo et al and they make them feel like ****.

Miles is eerily similar to Mac. Both are criticized for game management, lack of offensive creativity and failure to win the big games. Both have great talent, great toughness, and win 85+% of games every single year.

I'm not really an LSU fan, but I am a Les Miles fan. It's a lot of fun and entertaining to watch his games.

He seems like a coach that players would run through a wall for: look at Honey Badger not going to FCS or DII after being kicked off of the team.

They are the best of friends. Miles is loyal to the point that it hurts him sometimes. I don't doubt anything he said. I've never seen him scream at a player during a game, but I'm sure he does it in practice.
