We will see how much juice bohn has now because the forces lining up for retention are strong.

I base my opinion on many years of managing businesses and making a career out of being a change agent. We can look backward or forward. This is not 1984. Everything in major ball has changed. If we want to win we should emulate the programs that are winning now not a program that won a few decades ago.

On one side you have the Buffs4Life clique. They have the media wrapped up. On the other side, you have the fans. They are already voting with their feet. 38k for the Washington game.

Keep Embree and see what happens.

spot on....this is absolutely a critical point in our program. Unfortunately, we had another critical point when Danny was allowed to "coach" one more year. If these boneheads don't make the right move now, I am afraid we are done....seriously. I too have years of experience on managing businesses....

I will be at the Utah game behind the CU bench with a paper bag over my head. Look for me, cause it will be my last football game.

Roll ****ing Tad and Run Ralphie!

Keep Embree and they get exactly what they deserve.

Sadly agree - if any of us think we will have any impact on this decision we're being delusional

Actually, I think we saw last night that Nik and Brad (and probably the combined efforts of a lot of people) did make some headway with at least one of the Regents. I fear the problem is that the people who are ultimately going to make this decision already know what they're going to do, and who they're going to listen to. So in the end you're probably right. But it isn't as if there's no way to have any impact at all....

I'd encourage you to boycott. It may be our last chance to make a real statement.

Never give up my hippie little brothers...never give up.

A poll of 2 boosters who are beyond the age of knowing how to access the internet have officially dismissed me as young and impatient. BTW, I have kids that are married, just for perspective.

Mac has juice and Buffnik is a akin to some nameless and faceless rogue internet poster.

Ironically, Henderson may be our best hope.

Thanks for depressing us even more.

I think I am resigned to the fact we are going to suck donkey di** for the rest of the decade now.

I will always root for Colorado but I may just have to find another college team to root for as well just so I can come down from the ledge.

One of my degrees is from the other USC (South Carolina). I never really got into them when I went to school there, but maybe I'll root for them-but it's hard for me to root for any SEC team....

It has been encouraging to read that at least one regent has publicly stated that a change needs to be made. Reading the rivals board it sounds like there are a couple other regents who share this same opinion, but haven't come out publicly saying so.

I am extremely doubtful that a change is made, but I am hopeful.

I think the f****ing writing is on the wall on this one now. I don't think they are going to pull the trigger. Maybe if we lose 70-0 tomorrow but I don't think a team made of us washed up has-beens on AB would lose to Utah 70-0.

Yeah - the rumblings that I'm hearing are that we've failed here - but it was a helluva effort

I will take no pleasure in saying "I told you so" come this time next year.

That is the feeling I am getting as well. This is just the first round in a year long fight. I am going to be all over them with every bad decision or result this program delivers. The Regents and Admin are going to kow my name and understand that I am not going away.

Nice to know that complete failure is tolerated in Boulder. I can just stop caring a **** about this stupid team.

If this is true then the boosters who still believe in this plan better finally come through on the donation/facilities money, because they are going to be losing several thousand average Joe fans who believe in results.

I think there may still be hope however small. And that is Utah. If the stadium tomorrow is eye-poppingly empty and CU gets blown out by a mediocre Utah team, it could still be a tipping point. Otherwise, why wait on making an announcement on the changes?
