Embrees termination was a result of his performance as a coach. That is on him.

Bohn hired an underpreparred head coach who's model had one coordinator who was green and one that had been passed by by the evolution of the game. Thats on Embree and Bohn.

The press conference should never have happened. That's on Bohn. Embrees unprofessional airing of dirty laundry could have taken place in a better way. That's on Embree and Bohn

The press out of it's friendship for Embree exposed some institutional problems with De Stiff, Benson and their mouth piece(Bohn). Again on Bohn for allowing the presser to happen.

Bohn got us into the Pac. One over riding positive.

Bohn extended Hawkins. The unforgivable sin for which he will always be judged. I regret calling on the team to urine bomb him that day, but still am very angry about that act.

End score, The program is stronger than it was two days ago. The press has let Di Stiff, Bohn and Benson know that they are not affraid to report about the fact that the administration is part of the problem. In three weeks that will be the positive to come from all of this.

In college football terms, rating Bohn on a 12 (win/loss) record: 5-7

Positives - Pac12, Basketball facilities, Tad Boyle, AD in the black, firing Barnett (tough but necessary)
Negatives - Not firing Hawkins, Ricardo's lame duck, hiring Embree, perceived as 'yes man', delay in facilities.

CU is a touch job no doubt, but has positives so I think we should be about 7-5.

I love what Bohn has done for CU but he needs to get it right this time around and I have been supporting him from day one. That support is still there but not as solid as it was. Time for football to play with fire or else. I know it can become difficult with seven straight losing seasons but not being competitive is worse than losing IMO.
