This is cool. They show CU highlights on ESPN. We get write ups in the major rags. Hell, our score is even on DirecTV Scoreguide!

Personally, I think we have a way to go. Games like tonight reveal our youth. I believe we could have a tough stretch coming up.

But, damn, this is fun!

People used to complain when we didn't get much attention from the Denver media, now were complaining whenever it's anything remotely critical.

We're getting there though. Bad attention's better than no attention, which is what the Basketball program used to draw.

This is why being ranked in the top 25 is so critical. The national coverage you get, even for games against teams like Texas Southern, when you're in the top 25 is immense. The write-ups throughout the national papers and sites, the highlights and coverage on Sportscenter and other shows. It's critical to the visibility of a program. Now let's learn from tonight and keep ourselves posted up in the top 25 (top 20 :smile2:) for years to come.

The highlights on ESPN.com are nice... maybe when we get in the top 15 they'll get Spencer DinwiddLe and Andre Robe err son names right. :lol:http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=323320038

There are highlights of us on espn all the time! The only problem is that they are highlights of the other teams scoring.

And maybe they'll start showing our best plays of the game instead of the losing team's highlights.

Well FWIW, some of the more memorable plays involving our boys last night included the likes of Dre bricking a wide open dunk and all......
