Like, duh. You have a conference of schools that aren't known for travelling well. This is such a no-brainer for the Pac-12, I wonder why people even ask the question.

Playing the CCG at the site of the team with the better record should be a no-brainer for all conferences except the SEC. The ACC game failed miserably in Florida, and even in Charlotte this year is showing that the game can't come close to a sellout without VT or Clemson in the game. And now stubhub has Big 10 tix going for $20, and NU returned 7200 of 15K tix, a fanbase which travels as good as any in the country.

1. Change the conference schedule back to 8 games. We are creating 6 more losses a year than the Big 10/ACC/SEC. This could cost the conference National titles and millions in bowl revenue.
2. Move the CCG to Saturday. Friday night conference championships are for the MAC. Feels small time.

Well there is no one else, since we turned down the Oklahoma Schools. So now we are left with scraps.

Somehow, I have a hard time visualizing the folks at Stanford getting all wet over the idea of adding Boise State to the conference.

I think that "academic fit" point is moot now with Louisville going to the ACC.

I'd honestly think Nevada and New Mexico would be the best targets if we decided to expand as they are state flagship schools. Personally, I don't think we need to expand.

I honestly can't see any feasible way that San Diego State and Boise State are added. They would actually make each of the teams in the Pac 12 earn less money in TV Revenue. Only OU and Texas really add to the conference pie.

Alabama-Georgia meeting today for the first time since 2008? I think the Pac North this year was as competitive as any conference division in football, including the SEC West.

9 conference games just makes it harder to have more ranked teams and top ranked teams IMO. Time to level the playing field a bit...

Boise St. doesn't have the academics to be admitted.

I think SDSU or Nevada and New Mexico open up the most markets. I hate New Mexico in general for personal reasons, but they open up an entire new Western state (as would Nevada). SDSU adds a huge population of Cali.

Yup. If and when the Pac-12 looks at expansion it should start with those 2.

Alabama and Georgia have played each other 4 times in league play since NINETEEN NINETY FIVE ... and it´s gonna get only worse with the expansion to 14 and their scheduling with only 8 conference game and one protected rivalry.
