'13 CA RB Osirius Burke

This kid is tough and strong. The Buffs need a power back to keep the chains moving add a change of pace to the backfield, which was not achieved last year by Abron.

I'm still hoping Payne begins to do well - I think he's what you're hoping this kid is.

He seems tough, but not fast. I don't think he would add anything we don't already have in Abron.

speed is listed at 4.65. This doesn't look like a laser time, based upon his highlights when he is running in the open field (and getting caught from behind)

He seems fast on film, but something seems odd about the video. The offensive linemen appear to get out of their stance in record time. Seems like the film has almost been sped up? I don't know, maybe its just me.

When watching a video though, speed can only be judged relative to speed of other players on the field. Unless you sit with a stopwatch and calculate the rate he is running any judgement must be relative.
