Kind of a strange range of schools. UNLV and SJSU don't quite meet up with AFA, Havard', Yale. Like the speed if it's true and the AZ offer.

It looks like he transferred to Helix this year. The SDSU rivals mod thinks he will be a FS in college

This appears to be his Junior film (posted 2/12).

I liked his Junior film a lot. He's shifty with good vision and speed. I also love that he runs mad. Has sort of an AP upright running style. It takes a lot to get him down!

I saw that SJSU had offered him and watched some videos of him a couple of weeks ago. I swear his hudl highlights weren't private and there were senior highlights on there that were much more impressive.

I might also be crazy.

I'm not interested in landing another RB this cycle. With Powell/T.Jones/all the others getting another year of experience and seasoning I think Lindsay is enough for this class even if he GS. You have guys that RS last year too. We have plenty of depth at RB. Now next year you go for the HR with a 4 star speed back again.

He may not be being recruited as a RB, MacIntyre recruits athletes and then goes from there so I would not be surprised if this is what he is doing here.

I didn't know we were so stacked with athletes and speed?

I'm not sure this guy is either. I am just basing it on the fact that he is a 2 star on one of the 4 national recruiting services.

I understand that most of the good athletes are gone for this recruiting period but I just can't see him helping at all at RB. If he is a DB/S then so be it for this year.

I really think this kid looks pretty good. Coming from a pistol offense in high school helps + he attended some SJSt camps, so the coaches obviously seen something?

Like any new coach I am on board with his recruiting decisions until proven otherwise. Lets just hope HCMM has a better eye for "diamonds in the rough" then some of his predecessors did.

He does have pretty good lateral agility and great balance, but I'm definitely not seeing 4.4 speed there. I also doubt he's 5'11.

You can see him standing by Kendal Keys towards the end of the video and there's no way he's only 4 inches shorter than him.

off subject - but, that one dudes hair is ridiculous in that video. I would hate to tackle or be tackled by him and get a mouth full. You can not even read his #? There should be rules where those need to be tied and tucked or stuffed inside the helmet. gross

We are already starting out on the same foot as the last couple of coaches. To many 2 star reaches. Yes, you are going to strike gold once in a while but even then when they match up against the Oregon's and USC's of the world they will look completely out classed. I hope McCarthy can develop all these 2 star Athletes into guys who can compete when they are JR's and Sr's.

Like his vision in the open field, didn't see much of a good inside runner, heck if it doesn't work out at RB, can play safety or Linebacker.

So is the question that he will recruit like CU has for the last decade or like he himself did at SJSU?
Simply finding guys and developing them into better guys than most of the PAC12 is not enough?

I don't see what he sees with this kid. But HCMM's record trumps mine. Which is why I am typing and he is recruiting.

This looks like the type of guy that should be recruited to SJSU not CU. I would rather keep the scholly for next year and reward a Sr or JR walk on with a 1 year scholly.

I couldn't take my eyes off of that hair. I think I keep waiting for hair like that to get pulled out in horse-collar fashion.
