What players are you most looking forward to ...

Any quarterback. The most important thing for 2013 is that we find a good QB. If that does not happen then it could be a long year.
 
DeVaughn Thorton.

He was huge in the 4th quarter against WSU, and then never seen again on the field. Here's to a staff that puts the best on the field despite politics or whatever was happening behind the scenes. Ok, he might not be the best blocker, but find a way to get him out there!

Interesting to see if Schrock can do anything in the newly envisioned "O"; his HS resume would indicate he's athletic enough, he has size and a decent arm. Will Dillon be ready?

Want to see the how the entire, young DL responds to Jeffcoat, after working with the new S&C guy.

Thornton and Hobbs are also intriguing. Water Bottle never found a way to effectively use them. Also, Powell has a lot to learn about playing RB. Will be interesting, especially since we can all now watch!!!
 
The QB situation. Everything else is miles behind that.

Jeffrey Thomas - we need him to emerge.

We win more games last year with an elite QB. We would still have issues, but you can never underestimate the impact of very good to elite QB play on the rest of a team.

Pair an awful defense with awful QB play? You get the 2012 Buffs.
 
For all we know Stevie Joe Dorman is a legit QB waiting in the wings. Have a feeling there are hidden gems in this roster that never saw the light of day under the previous staff. Looking forward to hearing some new names emerge.
