I am not sure I recognize the school, season ticket renewals out way early, a con-call with the coach, facilities announcement - all coordinated?

they did forget to include a donate button on the facilities announcement, but yes, they are getting better.
 
They did at least have extra buff club contributions available to give with season ticket purchases.
 
I don't understand what this PIN is, which I need to activate my account. I have an account, I have season tickets - what in the world do I need to activate? Where do I get this PIN?
