Best entrances in college football

Problem 1: Bleacher Report
Problem 2: Author doesn't even know Ralphie is female. But I guess that goes back to problem 1.

A ****ing Metallica song qualifies as the best? A stupid Donald Duck on a Harley is cooler than that, and that is the cheesiest thing I have ever seen.

Is it that time of the year already when we talk about entrances?

Can't wait for the "best year of lifting" post.

Problem 3: Half empty student section versus SRO at entry time. This might have something to do with "best entrances" atmosphere.

At least they were smart enough to get Clemson in the top 5 with the touching of Howard's Rock and running down the hill.

I've done the whole VT thing about a dozen times, and while it's downright impressive and maybe I'm just used to it, I'm honestly more impressed with South Carolina and Clemson. Just personal experiences. I will say that Lane Stadium at night for big games is the loudest I've ever been in.

What does Metallica, and fireworks have to do with VT? The fact that it is purely generic and has absolutely nothing to do with any traditions at VT, you could plug this intro anywhere in college football. It's about as original and unique as a K Mart. Hell, I'm alot more moved by the ND leprechaun doing the Irish jig while the band plays the ND fight song.

I've always liked the opening to Barnum and Bailey's traveling circus. There's a light show and a clown!

What a stupid ****ing list.

What is ridiculous is isn't Bleacher Report now CNN's primary source of sports coverage instead of SI?

Eh, not sure I agree with that entirely. Certain crowds are just more into it and rowdier than others. You couldn't pull that off at Cal.

Do they still play that 1980's Alan Parsons crap at Fusker Field?

Yes they do! In 2012 the Tunnell Walk Video was changed up from game to game.

Here is a pig and a poke for Buff fans to enjoy:

The Husker Vision Crew have some of the best talent in the industry, but they really need a change up for 2013.

CU's entrance with Ralphie leading the way is one of the top 2 or 3 in my book.

There are very few college football entrances that are ever talked about by fans of opposing teams. Seeing Ralphie run is the most enjoyed team entrance across the country as it is simply awe inspiring. People simply gush about it, especially when it is something both adults and kids can enjoy equally. It is not even close.

The tunnel walk is alright as entrances go. Of course both times I was there to enjoy it, I enjoyed it even more leaving town with a win in Colorado's back pocket.

With the Nebraska-Colorado series being 49-18-2 you must have been very lucky leaving Lincoln with a win, CU has been the winning team 6 times when playing in Lincoln since 1898

Luck had nothing to do with it. Colorado simply came in and kicked Nebraska's ass both times (2002 and 2004).
