It is possible to make major improvements in speed and put on significant amounts of quality weight in one off-season.

It looked like Ralphie was not only faster out of the gate and down the field but has also put on at least a solid 100 lbs.

Shouldn't be any problem. Ralphie is female, any dollars directed towards here should count against our Title IX balance.
