You don't see much talent out of Kinkaid HS. It's a small, challenging, private school in a nicer part of town. If he can handle Kinkaid academics, he can handle CU.
 
Seems to really like Minnesota. Says there's a lot of Fortune 500 companies nearby. Not sure we impressed him all that much on his recent unofficial.

"I want to take official visits to Minnesota, Wake Forest, Fresno State and Colorado as of now. Maybe BYU, but that depends on how our visit goes in August. I want to make a decision before my senior season, so I probably wouldn't commit to Minnesota on the spot if they offered, but we'll see."

Kincaid HS? There's a name I haven't heard in a long time....when I lived in H-Town and was in school there, I was on that campus for an academic event. Nice campus, but sort of a private brainiac academy.
