Has drawn interest from Colorado, San Jose State, ASU, USC, Oregon, Boise State and Utah as well as Stanford. Specifically mentions CU and Stanford, 3.65 GPA. Dude´s offer list could blow up soon.

Good thing Stanford hasn't offered, at least not yet.

I love this prospect. We've been a poor tackling team for several years. Brown & Watanabe would put an end to that in a hurry.

Good News. Looks to be the kind of athlete who can contribute.

Think he grows into a DE for us.

Welcome Zach!! I just watched his vids and came away impressed. He is probably faster than Watanabe/Gamboa. He has nice burst off the edge, so I agree with Duff that he projects as a DE. I had to laugh when he basically just ran through the OL for a TFL. Based on his HL's alone he easily had around 20+ TFL's last year

Think Duff and Slider have this one pegged right, this kid is really a DE. Should have a slot for a true OLB left.

Yeah, considering how every highlight was him rushing the passer, I'd say this could be a solid theory. Either way, I think I'm even more impressed that he picked CU, in part because of Boulder's exceptional Aerospace Engineering school. A college athlete who takes an academically strenuous major is ambitious. One who plays football as a stepping stone to helping explore outer freaking space has my unerring respect.

I like this commit a lot. These type of guys create mismatches for opposing blockers which results in sacks and turnovers. Welcome Zach! Now, let's team up another Zach to rush from the other side of the line.

P.S. Is it too much to also ask for a big nasty DT too? Big need IMO...

I like this good. Has a motor that doesn't stop and finds a way to finish tackles. Also a nose for the ball. Definitely would rock as a DE who might even occasionally be able to pick up a TE or back on a short route. Plus the kid must be smart given his focus on AE.
