Sounds like he might be visiting Boulder soon.

I'd love this pickup.

Offer list has really been blowing up with the recent additions of Oregon State, among others.

Speed is listed between 4.8 and 5.0 everywhere, so he can definitely move. In the Pac-12, you have to have that from your OLs or they can't get to this conference's LBs on the second level.

Would love to see some film. Anywhere around 5.0 or under is really good speed for an OL.

If we got Joiner and then Anderson that would be a pretty good OL haul so far including Miller.

Lisella (gray shirting & joining us in January) is another athletic OL we'll be bringing in for this class.

Just from the picture doesn't look like he has a lot of fat on him (no second chin or fat neck) so if he is legit at 270 now he could easily be a PAC sized OL and still keep his quickness and speed.

This is the kind of kid that M2 needs to get this recruiting cycle to be successful in the long run.

Why, then, the offer from Yale?

I don't know. Assuming it's legit, it's weird that someone who could go to Yale would entertain offers from places like KSU et al.

I would mention, though, that none of the articles on Joiner mention the Yale offer. It's listed in the databases, but we have no way of knowing.

Committed to Houston.

And for the record, we do not take non qualifiers plus the guy had a Yale offer. So I think it's safe to assume he is just fine in the classroom.
