Who is the fastest player on the team?

This article says Tony Jones, but then it links to an article about the Tony Jones on Northwestern. Lazy journalism being lazy on Colorado, again. But it begs the question, especially now that we have seen some of the speed of the incoming freshman, of "Who is the fastest Buff?"

Bleacher Report...man, they suck. No one is talking about Tony Jones starting...

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like there is a difference between sprinting speed and field speed. PRich may or may not have the best 40 time, but get him the ball and a few yards between he and the DB, he's gone.

Not surprising. The rest of our receivers are not gifted with speed.

Richardson, then Adkins. Abron is up there. Crawley is no slouch as is Goodson. I'm interested in seeing guys like Awuzie in action to see how fast he really is.

It's easily P-Rich.

Better question would be, "After P-Rich, who is the fastest player on the team?"

I'd probably go with Crawley.

The poor kid that pisses off Jeffcoat?

Whoever should be so unlucky probably doesn't have to be very fast, rather, he'd need to keep his head on a swivel and have a good first step if he ever lets his guard down. It seems as though Jeffcoat is fairly laid back, from many accounts; when you're that big and bad, you don't need to do much to get people to listen carefully.

The OP makes me wonder how many key players we have that are able to hold their own against PAC-12 competition, or more accurately, how many aren't able.
