How many mimosas did the color analyst have

How many mimosas did the color analyst have before today's game. He wasn't sure who was playing half the time. The worst was saying kent Baer was Colorado State's Defensive coordinator.

He had a weird moment in the 4thQ where he started a sentence, then thought that he was on mute because he said "I can't talk today," then blurted out something non sequitur, then interrupted and apologized to the play-by-play guy while he was talking.

It was Jamal Anderson and he was awful. Later in the game he was saying Go Utes during a promo for late games and said he might try and fly to the game in case you see him on the sidelines in Tempe tonight. Only problem is Utah is playing in Tucson.

Just sent a note to the pac-12 network "submit a request"

Subject: Jamal Anderson

Request that his mike be shut off during games. The guy doesn't shut up for any longer than to take a breath. Please let us watch the game without his blathering.... just cut off his mike, he will never know that it isn't being broadcast.

I have never listened to a worse announcer in my life. He honestly had no idea what was going on, who was playing and whether we were CU or CSU. Was he making up names as he went? It was too early to drink but I thought I had a few too many when he started butchering the names of our players. Frankly it was embarrassing and goes to show the depths we have fallen to. I mentioned to my wife that, besides having a horrible football program, the worst part of sucking is that we are an afterthought and relegated to bottom feeder announcers. I hope he hasn't spent all his nfl money because this isn't going to be a career for him. Of course, with the PAC 12 network, this may not be true.

I would love it if that dip would fly into Phoenix and find out his Utes are playing 2 hours to the south.

I don't know, I learned our best frosh RB was Brian Adkins, foolish me, I thought it was Michael Adkins. I guess Michael is his evil twin or something. Listening to Jamal reminded me of the recent Frontline documentary on brain damaged NFL players...

The lack of P12N on Directv is killing me. The best solution is to run the game through the DVR on the big screen and use the pause button to synch with the KOA85 radio broadcast with Zimmerman and Johnson.

This time I watched the game on a tablet through a VLC feed that was 30 seconds behind the chat room and 15 seconds behind KOA. There was no pause function on iHeart radio and no rewind/skip/FF on the stream. But the out-of-synch was still better than listening to Jamal.

Mark Johnson's "Touchdown, touchdown Colorado" was like being able to see into the future.

So tired of another year of this BS.

I ended up turning the sound off. Jamal Anderson, I truly believe, is brain damaged. Either that or he is the laziest color analyst ever...it is like he did no prep work at all. I honestly would have rather listened to Ellen Neuheisel.

Edit function doesn't work, how come so many features don't work anymore? Return, edit... Anyway, I followed OUBuffs lead and sent an e-mail to the P12 Network asking them to free Jamal form the booth....

Jamal had me praying for the day when CU is so good we have to hear Brent say "Herbie" 1000 times.

I only watched the first half as I broke 3 ribs while playing with my dog at halftime (don't ask), but I heard him say we were CSU twice and one of the announcers said the score was 15-2 two different times when it was 15-3. Is the Pac12 hiring announcers from the same group that hires referees in football and basketball? :wow:

Now we need the story. Did you forget the peanut butter?
