Broken leg for Mustoe - OL depth gets even thinner...

The only good thing about this is that it seems like guys come back better from broken leg bones than they do from knee or ankle injuries.

Almost assures a redshirt will be burned.

F**kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. This is where the departures of Bak and Lewis hurt even worse than they do in the talent discussion. Irwin needs a RS year to heal so he isn't an option. Unless Harris stays completely healthy and we can plug in Ed Caldwell to rest him once the game is out of hand (in either direction), almost assured that Kronshage or Graham's shirt comes off. They desperately need that year and we desperately need 5th year seniors on the line, which this would almost certainly prevent for one of our scholarship linemen. Sucks all around.

I didn't think it was a big deal since they cut away and I never saw what Mustoe's injury was or how he got off the field. Very sorry for Marc and I hope he heals ahead of schedule.

His injury was weird. He got up, limped around, and waved to the sidelines that he'd need to come out. MM screamed at him to get on the ground so the refs wouldn't start the play clock.

always coaching, that is what makes him a good coach.

My understanding is that he broke his fibula which is not a weight bearing bone. You would know its broken but its very different from breaking your tibia.

Well thanks to the SID posted reading material in the bathrooms he will still be eligible for a medical hardship waiver.
