Maybe this is why our TEs aren't any good.
 
I don't disagree with a thing McChesney said there.

There's a major culture shift that has to happen.

A big thing is that it can't be "uncool" to show up the vets by working harder than they are at practice. Our vets need to set the tone by being the hardest working guys in the gym and at the practice field. Make the young guys know from day one how much it's going to take to earn any snaps over them. We haven't had that.
 
Hawk's guys will be entirely gone soon. That "take it easy" crap is a byproduct of his mentality, and it seeped directly into every corner of the team.
