Oregon Suspends Two Basketball Players 10-15 Games for Selling Exclusive Shoes

Early speculation on twitter is 5-9 games. They self-reported, so that will help.

"Gentlemen, what you see before you is video evidence, ATM withdrawals showing you and the alleged buyers, affidavits from eyewitnesses to the transactions, and some other gentlemen wearing shoes they should not have access to. Is there anything you would like to self-report?"

Agreed. They broke the rules. It shouldn't matter if it's "self-reported." These college athletes should have used better judgement. They were wrong and now they should have to pay the penalty. If the NCAA lets them off easy because Oregon "self-reported" it, then the NCAA can go **** themselves.

Wait. These aren't walk-ons, are they?

OK, so nothing to see here. Move along.

they should have called ATM's lawyers. NCAA would have sent additional shoes and a few jerseys for the players to sell along with an apology letter for upsetting the good rule following folks at Oregon.

There was a 3rd kid (Moore?) that was involved who transfered. His new school gave him nine games, so I'd guess that is the number that Oregon will use too. Although, they will probably get off a little earlier for "good behaivor".

Won't help them against Georgetown though.

EDIT: And somehow I missed Shldr2Shldr's post, but I did get the number...
