Cal game tickets now available as a BOCO deal - half priced

As a season ticket holder, this sort of bugs me. I pay full price plus a donation for my seats....

But it is what it is. Someday, I hope to be able to scalp my tickets for a profit when I can't go, rather than sell them for $10 each. In the meantime, I'd rather have fans than empty seats for a game we need to win.

If you are going to discount tickets, this is a good way to do it. I know someone who works for the camera who told me a large portion of Bocodeals that are bought and paid for, go unused.

Most of these seats seats they are selling on the cheap dont require a donation as a season ticket, and had you bought them as part of a season ticket package the per game cost would have been roughly 25 for EZ and 35.50 for Corner.

Our tuition dollars at work - CU marketing can't do math:

The Buffs are offering half-priced tickets in two locations:
$25 for end zone seats (regular price $50) and
$35 for corner seats (regular price $65)

I get your frustration, but if there's a bigger crowd to see us actually win a conference game, it will be good for all of us.

I fully support any efforts to get as many people into the stands as possible. If that means selling them for half price, so be it. Yes, it diminishes the value of my season ticket. However, I have to also take into consideration that they're running a business, too. Every empty seat is lost revenue. Get $5 for the seat if you have to, but get somebody in that seat.

Alumni Association if giving out free tickets. I received an email from them on Monday. I just need to pick up my tickets at their tailgate.

I'll be there... and for the basketball game in the morning!!! Not using the boco deal however.

It's like the biblical story about the folks who get into the wedding at the last minute and get to eat and drink just like everyone else. The more the merrier. I agree with the posts here. At this point let's just populate Folsom.

I said it sort of bugs me. But I also see the point of filling Folsom. At this point, I'd give seats away and offer 2 for 1 hot dogs.

I would be more concerned that the deal expired without reaching the minimum number of buyers needed for the deal to happen. Pretty sad we cant even sell a few BOGO for $25.
