against UW, maybe the entire P12. Can't Larry Scott make the other teams play nice? CU is outmanned at every position. Thanks again DII, you nepotistic idot.

Our cross country and men's and women's basketball teams are bullies!

It pisses me off seeing them going for it all the time on fourth down....when they know they will win anyway. But that is todays game. Especially in the PAC 12 where the east coast guys that vote don't watch the game, they just read the score. So...nut up! Stop the fourth downs. Get an attitude. Start some fights. We may lose but kick some ass out there. Take late hits. I don't give a ****, the team needs to get a bad ass 'us against the world' attitude. This will turn around. I see some fight now. We just flat out don't have the speed size or talent right now. And if we can show fight without all that, then as that comes along we will win more. Not going to be a fast thing, sadly.

This is like blaming your parents' divorce when you were 7 for your life's failings as an adult. No matter what happened and its consequences, it's time to move on.

No it's not, we still have D2's players and attitude on this team. D2 was the one who recruited non-BCS athletes for the most part and we are paying for that now by having small upperclassmen classes and by having to play younger players over older players who do not have the athleticism to compete at this level.

Except that the upperclassmen who are getting their asses handed to them are the ones DII recruited....watch the games and see who gets steamrolled, whose blocks get shed almost immediately, assuming they even see the field...many upperclassmen ride the pine because guys who were in HS last year are better. So yeah, the DII error is still relevant.

DII? He brought in Bakhtiari, Solder, Kasa, Jimmy Smith, Justin Drescher, T. Clemons, ... and a whole bunch of other guys I'd remember if it wasn't past my bedtime.

What, did you blank out Water Bottle's brief tenure and contributions to the current state of affairs? DII did plenty of boneheaded things while at CU, but Embree's "effort" will resonate far, far longer.

Wrong. We CU fans, players, and MacIntyre's staff are suffering the consequences of the 5th year extension of Hawkins compounded by the ill fated Embree experiment.

The results on the field are chickens coming home to roost. It's not a free agent model where MacIntyre can have the roster of his dreams.

And he also brought in a bunch of non-BCS players in those 2009 and 2010 classes

And not one of those guys are here now...DII did bring in some decent players, but his last two classes were....well, let's just say they are not competitive in the P12. That is why I said to take a look at the upperclassmen on the field now. That was DII's doing, or better said his lack of doing. BTW, Barney found and recruited Solder.

D2's failures might be the first factor, the ****storm that was WB's tenure exacerbated everything by a power of 10.

I would not argue that. I don't know why things went as sideways as they did under Embo, but it is pretty clear that a serious talent gap has developed. I wasn't privy to most of what went on with Embo, but the jury is in on DII's recruiting, especially the last two years. While there are a few bright spots (D. Webb, CUD) CU seriously lacks upperclassmen playmakers...that's on DII Danny.

You shut your whiny mouth before I kick your ass. Now, give me your stadium money.
Signed, the ducks
