we beat cal.

The team was starting to gel in that UCLA game.

Sefo is getting better every game

The o-line has shown strong improvement

Pow Pow got a little attitude rolling

Adkins will be back to help Pow Pow (guessing there a bit)

Richardson is another week healthier (saw him limp a few times in the last game) and he is sick of this ****

We'll be at home

We will beat Cal and end the season with 4 wins (better than a lot of us hoped for) and some good building blocks in place.

I'm hoping Cal is not looking at us and think "let's get that first PAC 12 win"

I am hoping they pack it up for the season long before that game.

Lets not look past Washington, Sefo's back yard.

The team needs to take the fight it had at UCLA and double it from the kickoff and HOLD ON TO THE DAMN BALL and it can be a closer game.

I don't think the Husky game is going to be close. May look similar to the UCLA game but it will still end up a 20-ish point loss.

Agreed. UW has ground to make up after that run of losses to tough teams. I think they're going to be highly motivated the rest of the year. Plus, Sefo going home could be good or bad - very possible he gets a bit fired up trying to put on a good show for the home folks, especially out of the gate. I hope to see the Buffs come out and play competitively, but to ask them to step up enough to get the win is a big ask.

I hold out much more hope for the Cal game. There is no reason at all that it can't be won. But they'll need to put together a good effort to do it. At this point that's true of beating pretty much any D-1 team...

I want to see how we respond next week before getting to hopeful.

Very excited for our beloved Buffs visiting my city. After last week I have hope we will give the dawgs a competitive game in a tough environment. Sefo being home will light a fire under him and I think he will keep making strides. Go Buffs.

I'm still hoping we might surprise the Utes too and finish with 5 wins.

The UDub game is going to be very tough indeed. Maybe the toughest of the year, considering the environment.

I'm not going to say too much about the Cal game until we come out of Saturday with no serious injuries physically or mentally.

If Cal was this week, I'd feel much more optimistic than I did after the UA game, but I'm pretty worried about what this weekend's game might do to their psyche.

You're going to get crushed at UW and we're going to get crushed by SC at home. Nothing really matters except the games after these...

If we some how out of the grace of god beat Ufub, were going bowling.

Sorry, lost the farm in the Montana State game. Then I lost the burbs house on the Toledo game. Then I lost the townhouse on the Sac State game. But maybe I should go double or nothing on this sweet refrigerator box I been squatting in?

Lucky if we beat Cal - and that is it... Utah at home after Thanksgiving and tough place to play, no way... USC is going to boat race us.

CU beats Cal and UU will be a toss up close game. That's my guess.

agree...but nobody should call a Cal victory a signature win.....unless we have fallen to the level of Sacramento, Appalachian, or Montana State (s), bitches.

For this CU team at this time, I would call it a very important win. That's just reality. Consistently winning the games you "should/could" win is a big freaking deal. That's the foundation of a winning program. The foundation is not some crazy upset over a top-ranked team once in a blue moon.

Breaking a streak of 13 consecutive conference losses. That's a big win.

That's also how far we've fallen.

What's up Tex? You've been quiet for a while.

Yes, it's been a while. Nice that you noticed. Thx.

I'm just waiting on my new coach at UT. Seems like there are only two sure thing coaches in college football: Saban & Meyer. I doubt either will be coming to UT. I'd love to see MM work out at CU.

With Cal as crappy as they are this year, and us almost as crappy AND playing at home, this is a must win. Signature is only moving from one win to 4, and with huge luck 5 wins. I say four is it.

Cal puts a ton of guys into the NFL. That's a fact. I don't know why they can't put more W's on the board.
