Ticket Transfer FAQ
What is Ticket Transfer?
This season ticket benefit allows Buffs fans to electronically send their tickets to another fan of their choosing. The recipient then gets an email notifying them of the transfer and instantly receives the tickets via printat- home delivery. It’s that easy! Your season tickets may never have to go unused again!
How Do I Transfer A Ticket?

  1. Sign in to your online ticket account.
  2. Once signed in, click My Account on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select the Transfer Tickets option.
  4. Click the Transfer link below the game you wish to transfer.
  5. Check each box for each individual seat you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s contact information (case sensitive). You will be asked to confirm your request on the following page.
  6. Then select if you or the recipient will be paying the $5 charge. If you will be paying the charge, add your credit card information. If the recipient will be paying the charge, simply select “Recipient” and then “Submit.” Click the “Sign Out” button to complete the transfer.
  7. Wait for the recipient to claim the tickets; they have 36 hours to accept the transfer. You will receive an email notice once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or unclaimed. Once the transfer is accepted, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated.
How Do I Accept A Transferred Ticket?

  1. Transfer recipients receive an email that includes a link to accept the transfer. The subject line of the email will read “Ticket Transfer Invitation.” Open your email program, find the email and click on the link.
  2. Enter your email address in the appropriate field and click the “Accept” button.
  3. Sign in to your ticket account using your email address and password, or click the “register here” link if you have never used the online ticketing system.
  4. There is a $5 fee associated with this transfer, if not paid by the sender. You will be required to pay this fee to proceed. If so, enter a valid credit card and click “Check Out”
  5. You will then receive an email containing your transferred ticket attached to it in the form of a “Print-At-Home” PDF document. Open the email and print out the ticket.
When Can I Transfer A Ticket?
Season ticket holders can transfer a ticket up to 1 hour prior to game time. The entire transfer (offer and acceptance) must be completed 1 hours prior to game time.
Any Special Notes To Remember?
1. A ticket can only be transferred one time. Transferred tickets can not be transferred again.
2. The deadline to accept and complete a transfer is 1 hour prior to kickoff on game day.
The free Adobe Reader version 4.0 or greater is required to open the transferred ticket attachment.

I have two GA tickets available for Thursday nights game against UC Santa Barbara.

I have a GA ticket available for transfer ($3.50) to any of the remaining home men's non-conference games (sans Kansas) and many of the conference home games. Best way to get a hold of me is by shooting me an email using my user name at AOL, ask me about the specific game (might be using it myself, giving it to a friend or someone already claimed it on here) and I can make the transfer happen. - Matt

I have four GA tickets to the UCSB game I will give to any buffs fan, but you have to meet me in the I-25 and Colorado Blvd area tonight anytime after 5:00. Or, if you only want 2 I can transfer them online. I am flying out tomorrow morning, so you must be able to pick them up tonight.

I have 2 for UCSB that I'm not going to use. Sec 5 Row 15. Will have to pick up near Sante Fe and C470 tomorrow.

I have several GA tix for UCSB tonight, family issue so several family members can't make it tonight. I'm hopeful to get to the Dark Horse around 4:30, they can be claimed there if you hit me up on here.

Still looking for two for Sunday's Harvard game

edit: found two so I'm good now

Had to reschedule a birthday party so have 5 tickets in Section 6, Row 23 and may also have 4 tickets in Section 14, Row 1 available for the game vs. Harvard.

I'm interested in between 2-4 tickets for the game. Amenable to seats from either of those alternatives. Terms?

I know this is mostly about the men, but I have a single ticket, Section 9, Row 5, Seat 3 for the entire season. Can transfer them if you pay the fee or will mail them if given enough notice.

Please note this is for the women's team and you get to sit by some hard core, fun fans if you use them or use them to get in the door.

I need 1 for Sunday vs Harvard.

Location doesn't matter, as I won't be making my wife or son sit alone and will just use the ticket to get the little one in.

Anyone have extra tickets or can't make it to the KU game? The tickets I usually go with are sold for that game (don't ask), but I'd be interested in one or two for the KU game.... Thanks much.
