Round 2, here we go. 3:30 PM (MST) on the Pac 12 Networks. Live Audio on 760 AM ▪ (Live Audio).

Cal squeaked out an OT win at home last week to deny the buffs a road trip sweep, which I believe would have been the [strike]first[/strike] second one in the Tad Boyle era. Now we get a chance for revenge. Excellent preview available for this game and the other P12 tournament games at @RumblinBuff's blog (which everyone should read/bookmark).

Rumblin' Buff please step forward so I can rep you. Very nice breakdown on the PAC12 tourney games!

Buffs have a chance today to knock Cal out of the Dance... which would put the Buffs alone as the longest active Pac-12 streak of NCAA Tourney appearances.

Should we have a drinking game based on how often Ernie Kent uses his two new favorite phrases?

1) "looking ahead to the next play" = 1 shot

2) "feeding frenzy" = 3 shots (this requires one team start on an offensive run ... thus the high shot count)

He says "great hands" about every other sentence

Does DT ever get a call? Standing in paint, shoulder dip into his sternum, he goes down while Cal guy pulls back to pass it away... somehow a blocking foul.

Nice finish by J-Hop. Should have been an "And-1", but whatever. I like the refs to let them play a bit.

* And then we get the delayed whistle touch foul called on J-Hop on the perimeter. I need to stop trying to find logic in Pac-23 officiating.
